Land Use Case Review of Request for Variance
Tuesday, May 5 at 6:30pm
Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 52nd Street and Central Avenue


The Meridian-Kessler Land Use committee will meet on Tuesday, 5/5/15 at 6:30pm.  We have one scheduled variance request to be heard:

5711 Wildwood Avenue

Variance of development standard to provide for demolition of the existing detached garage and the construction of a two-story addition to the primary dwelling, including an attached garage, with a five-foot side setback and a 10-foot aggregate side setback (where 13-foot aggregate side setback is required). 

The MKNA land use committee will consider this case and make a recommendation to the full MKNA Board.  All interested neighbors are encouraged to attend.


This case is scheduled to be heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday, May 19th at 1pm in the Public Assembly room of the City County Building (200 East Washington St).

Copies of the proposals listed above and all plans and exhibits pertaining thereto are on file and available for examination prior to the hearing in Room 1821 of the City-County Building,
Indianapolis, Indiana, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Written objections to a proposal may be filed with the Secretary of the Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals, as appropriate, before the hearing at the above address and such objections will be considered. At the hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters contained in said proposals. The hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
