The former Chase Bank branch located at 215 E. 38th Street has been purchased by new owners who are seeking to rezone the property and look at possible reuses.  The owners will be hosting an open house for all interested neighbors on Tuesday, November 28th.  (Details are below.)  They also will be presenting at the MKNA Land Use Committee meeting on Monday, December 4th (6pm) at Northwood Christian Church (4550 Central Ave.).

Open House –  215 E 38th Street (formerly the Chase Bank building)

We cordially invite the community to an open house at 215 E 38th Street on Tuesday, November 28th, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.  Come see the renovations at “National,” hear possible ideas for the building’s use, and share your feedback and questions.

Sincerely,

Bill Oesterle and Ed Sherman
