In late 2018, the Millhaus Group broke ground on the site of a former ATT building, with the goal of building a contemporary residential and retail building that still matched the style of Meridian-Kessler.

The design includes three forms, separated by courtyards, and includes a three-story gabled volume that transitions the building from the residential uses to the south, while the northern two 4-story forms are more modern and commercial in nature.

The MK boasts a contemporary design that simultaneously features architectural details that cater to its mixed-era residential context. The design includes three forms, separated by courtyards, to break down its scale. Its set back southern form includes a three-story gabled volume that transitions the building from the residential uses to the south, while the northern two 4-story forms are more modern and commercial in nature. Units were designed to provide great natural light, beautiful contemporary kitchens, and open-concept living spaces.  A variety of unit types makes the MK the perfect home for a diverse group of people that desire to call Meridian-Kessler home.

Additional Features:

  • The Makerspace in parking garage where residents have space and supplies for hobbies such as bike repair and woodworking.
  • Outside common area with grilling stations and firepit
  • Retail space on north side that will house an Orange Theory studio, a restaurant and another retail space coming soon.
