The MKNA Land Use Committee held a meeting this evening for interested neighbors to hear the proposed rezoning case. (See meeting information here). As promised, we wanted to be sure neighbors had access to the details of what was proposed. The presentation slides can be downloaded here.
The committee is in the process of reviewing the proposal and making a report and recommendation to the full MKNA Board of Directors. We also are in the process of requesting a continuance with the City, which we expect will push the Hearing Examiner’s public hearing to Thursday, **September 8th September 15th** at 1 pm in the City County Building. All interested neighbors are encouraged to attend. Please check back for further updates once the new hearing date is confirmed and once additional information is available for sharing.
