February 2019 Board Meeting

2018 brought about a number of changes with the leadership of the Meridian-Kessler Neighborhood Association. The MKNA Board of Directors set down a path to take a strategic, thoughtful look at the operations of not only the organization but also the Board itself.

This month’s Board Meeting will introduce a number of changes and improvements to board operations including the following commitments to our neighborhood and members:

1. Post confirmed date and time of public board meetings on MKNA website and Facebook Page (minimum of 14 days prior to meeting)
2. Post confirmed location of public board meetings on MKNA website and Facebook Page (minimum of 48 hours prior to meeting)
3. Post official Board Meeting agenda on MKNA website and Facebook Page (minimum of 48 hours prior to meeting)
4. Post official Board Meeting minutes on MKNA website and Facebook Page (minimum of 48 hours prior to meeting)
