MKNA Land Use Committee Meeting – July 6, 6pm

The MKNA Land Use Committee will be meeting to hear two petitions on Wednesday July 6, at 6pm. Our meeting will be in the Northwood Christian Church at 46th and Central.
The following cases will be heard:
2022-DV2-2026, 5415 Central Avenue, petition for a detached garage that does not meet setback requirements.
2022-DV2-024, 4235 N. Broadway, a petition for a detached garage exceeding height restrictions.
Neighbors and the public are welcome to join to review these petitions and ask questions.
