Vi Walker Neighborhood
Grant Application
Open call for grant proposals
Grant Due Date: May 20, 2025
Does your nonprofit serve the Meridian-Kessler Neighborhood? If so, you are invited to apply for MKNA’s 2025 Vi Walker Neighborhood Grant Program. We are proud to fund these neighborhood grants from proceeds generated by the annual Meridian-Kessler Home Tour.
Our Neighborhood Grant Program is named in memory of Vi Walker, a longtime resident, business owner and staunch supporter of Meridian-Kessler. You allow us to continue the Vi Walker Neighborhood Grant Program when you support the Home Tour – through attending, volunteering, donating, or sponsoring.
Meridian-Kessler Neighborhood Association is bordered by Meridian Street to the Monon Trail, and 38th Street to Kessler Boulevard. Nonprofits do not have to be physically located within the boundaries of MKNA, but services should impact the neighborhood through programs which connect and strengthen the community of Meridian-Kessler.
