MKNA Land Use Meeting – Monday 10/24 – 6pm
October 24, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
The Meridian-Kessler Neighborhood Association Land Use Committee will be meeting on Monday, Oct. 24th at 6pm to hear two petitions:
- MSPC V22-10 – 5224 N. Pennsylvania Street – Petition to construct a 2-car detached garage, and a variance of development standards for side yard setbacks.
- Patachou Inc/Napolese 114 E. 49th Street – Outdoor seating/awning petition for Napolese/Bar 114.
LUC Meeting will be at 6pm at the Northwood Christian Church at 46th and Central. Neighbors, and interested parties are welcome to attend to hear more details about each petition and ask questions/voice concerns. The MKNA LUC will be reviewing these petitions in advance of their MSPC hearings and any subsequent hearings with the Department of Metro Development/ Board of Zoning Appeals.
