The MKNA Land Use Committee will meet at [5610 Broadway] Midtown Church on Wednesday, August 27 at 6:30pm.

Rezoning from I-4 to C-S district to legally establish the existing structure, off street parking, existing uses and provide commercial and industrial uses such as commercial, building contractors, business offices, artisan manufacturing, and indoor recreation.
– Continued from last meeting: 5416 N. College Ave or 2025-ZON-075
Rezoning of a 0.22 acre parcel from the D-3 (TOD) and C-3 (TOD) districts to the MU-2 (TOD) district to provide for a mixed-use development
